The biggest thing I've built is an automated trading system — around 11,000 lines of code that read market data, weigh news from multiple sources, and place orders against a live broker API, in paper mode, on simulated money only. Fourteen research studies shaped what it should and shouldn't do, and it protects itself with circuit breakers, reconciliation and constant monitoring.
The point isn't the trading. It's that I build things carefully enough to run unattended overnight — tested, documented, watched. Your booking flow or enquiry workflow gets the same standard.
